He looks good in yellow |
I like Josh Smith as a
player for the Cavs to sign this off-season, so I’m going to eye him this
game. He’d be able to play the power
forward position when Alonzo Gee is on the floor, and he could also fill in at
small forward for Gee. His
ability to play offense in two spots and play defense on two spots would help the Cavs who
have several players that can’t even play anything in one spot: Tristan Thompson, Donald
Sloan, Jon Leuer, etc…
He can act as a competent
ball handler/ over shooter.
Gee is developing his skills, but he has a lot to learn. We need a
scorer who can handle the ball and make less bad decisions than our other scorers
do right now. So maybe, his bad
decisions and taking of too many shots will be switched over to the Cavs next
year. He would look less bad on the Cavs because our role players are that much crummier than Atlanta's role men. He could look like LeBron James with us.
